From 1983 to 2022, China Energy Engineering Group Anhui Electric Power Design Institute and Anhui Energy Research Institute participated in and led the design and overseas consulting of multiple large-scale power projects. As a key member of the writing team, they participated in the drafting of important plans such as the "Anhui Province Carbon Peak Action Plan", "Yangtze River Delta Energy Special Cooperation Evaluation and Development Research", Anhui Province's "Eleventh Five Year Plan", "Twelfth Five Year Plan" for power development, and "Thirteenth Five Year Plan" and "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" for energy development.

He has won the second prize for excellent design from the Ministry of Construction once, the first and second prizes for excellent consulting from the China Electric Power Planning Association, as well as the excellent design award once, and the second prize for scientific and technological progress from the China Electric Power Construction Enterprise Association once. One invention patent, five utility model patents, two papers published at the International Thermophysics Conference (one first author and one second author), and won multiple national and provincial awards for excellent design and technological progress. Joined Anhui Hanxing Energy Co., Ltd. in 2022.
